When this case happen, the management can give the same reason, worker is ‘inexperienced operation’ to handle the problem. After that, company fired the worker and get a new worker ‘inexperienced operation’ again and again. They to like that because they think the higher level of education of worker can give benefit for company but the result it not like as expected. Company like to get the worker like that because the wages. Company can pay then low wages. If they get the highest experiences worker sometimes they demand in the salary. They want a higher wages because the experience that they have. Important now to company get the experienced operation into the company because it will decrease the problem of company.
