Continuing, the authors suggest that management styles that are successful over time are likely to be both proactive in anticipating the needs for conflict resolution strategies that apply to all members of the group. Therefore, the challenge in achieving the desired results in conflict resolution is linked to the use of multi-strategies. The case that the authors present in the research is compelling because the theoretical framework, past research evidence, and primary findings are used to support the argument. This finding has quality implication on the teams.
