There has been much discussion over how sugar affects the minds of young people, around the world. Sugar has been banned in schools such as in places like California and New York. Is sugar actually causing children to be hyperactive and failing grades? Or is sugar improving their attention span and their IQ? When we eat healthy we feel better. We also think and perform better.
