The particular design guidelines of the high-rise residential apartment building should follow a systematic approach that consists of various security techniques which may present a reliable means of individual protection assurance. In addition, while taking into consideration the fact that certain residents will naturally be very protective of the neighborhood in which they reside in, and will not necessarily be accepting in regards to new construction projects. Furthermore, current area residents may also tend to become defensive if they suspect that the new construction project might conflict with their typical way of living. Since, it is only natural that current residents may be skeptical in regards to how the building project will ultimately affect their usual daily functions.
Nevertheless, the building project will consist of the construction of a high-rise residential apartment building, and the current area residents may actually view this particular situation as a non-threatening means of building placement regarding its location and physical appearance. It is for this reason that representatives of the building project should attempt to convince current area residents that the building project will not affect their usual daily functions, and it is merely a more convenient means of residential placement. Moreover, future residents will likely not worry as much in regards of territoriality, since they will be located in the confines of a high-rise residential apartment building which presents the image of protection regarding the outside environment. In conclusion, to help assist with the restoration of the community, a neighborhood watch program should be developed and implemented to support mitigation of criminal activities; this will benefit the entire neighborhood as a whole in regards to ensuring that criminal activity is acknowledged and reduce by means of awareness and resident team effort.
