Social workers set goals and objectives on how to achieve the substantial needs of the countless service users they interact with. The persistence of professional practice is important to social work because it eases the process of assisting an individual or a group in attaining self-assurance and consolation. In certain cases, the method of professional practice could be challenging due to the tendency of not being able to influence a service user. This keeps social workers in a pressure of meeting the client’s expectation and may indicate a lack of functionality in the regulated practice.
To ease the communication linkage between the service user and the practitioner, a social worker must encourage the user to open up without any discomposure. It has come to my attention to notice, that the profession of social work requires effort and motivation.
