Another role was to ensure that I or another staff member makes birthday cards and signed by all members of staff, and is received by the celebrant on the day and décor the celebrant work area. I also ensure that notification and memo is sent and staff register are ready whenever a meeting or presentation is scheduled.

Personal and Professional skills are required to achieve the strategic goals of CAC are as follows: Proper Time Management
Ability to work under pressure
Effective Communication skills internally and externally
Multi-tasking
Good Comradeship
Confidence (in terms of having an input)
Strong Professionalism
This goes hand in hand with Multi- taking, the sooner that skill is developed and cultivated you will be better able to perform various task given .The strategy of Effective Communication Internally and Externally is imperative, hence as this helps to break barriers which foster a productive environment. The strategic role is very important as, it help the company to meet its current and future goals the above has help to highlight the relevant skills needed to contribute to the organization goals and objectives.
