When going out into the work force there will be different types of managers that will be introduced to employees. Some of the leadership styles will be very liked but will not really be effective depending on what needs to be done. Another style might not be liked by the staff but will get things done for the company in the long run and one of the final styles will just have everyone do the work but the leader will take the credit for the work put into it. Interning at the Employment Center at Caesars Entertainment I work very closely with the Recruiting Manager for the Employment Center and the World Serious of Poker. Working with her I got to see that she has a democratic leadership style. Working with the WSOP I got to work with Rosie and her employees very closely. While observing day to day actives I did notice that her leadership style is democratic. She likes to have everyone in the office involved with decisions. She was the one to make the final the decisions at the end of the day, but she would like to get the input from the other employees to make sure that it was the proper decision for everyone that was there. This leadership style makes everyone feel included in everyday actives. I also noticed that the bond between the employees and manager was a lot stronger that what I had seen in other departments that I have worked out of my internship.
