Listening
Effective listening skills are the ability to actively understand information provided by the speaker, and display interest in the topic discussed.  It can also include providing the speaker with feedback, such as the asking of pertinent questions; so the speaker knows the message is being understood.
Listening is one of the most important interpersonal skill and it plays main role in business sphere. In a business world the effective communication is an important key and without the ability to listen effectively misunderstanding can occur. The ability to listen can help you to make right and meaningfulness decisions. Listening skills impact a company’s interaction with customers and businesses.
Assertiveness
Assertiveness is a skill regularly referred to in social and communication skills training.
I believe that, being an assertive person means to strongly express your thoughts. Some people confuses between assertiveness and aggressive. Being an assertive person is to know how to deal with difficult people, approach correctly, achieve goals, and solve problems. It involves polite attitude, proper communication, understand others point of view and constructive thoughts.
Negotiation
Negotiation Skills are required to negotiate effective deals across a variety of contexts; including different industries, products and services. Negotiation Skills are learnable; 'born negotiators ' are a myth. Effective negotiation requires a variety of skills drawn from different disciplines. Negotiating Skills include: communication, persuasion and influence, planning, strategizing, tactics, process and systems, teamwork and others.
