The best way to know if you are healthy is the health triangle. In the health triangle they have physical health, emotional/mental health, and social health. Physical health is Most healthy children and adults should be active on a daily basis. This should be a mix of both leisurely physical activity and structured exercise. Examples of leisurely physical activity include hiking, biking, and walking. Examples of more structured forms of exercise include strength training, running, and sports. If you want to be physically healthy person you must eat healthy food.
