As a teacher understanding the student progress can determine whether or not the student is doing well in a class. In addition, based on what the results are, teachers can change their teaching methods or review over what the student is missing in their work. By examining and analyzing Haley work I will be able to see the development of her writing, word choice, content information, and drawings.
Firstly, by examining the appearance of Haley’s writing one can see how Haley’s works like physically. Such as the big writing that Haley displaces in her writing in the beginning of her writing. For example, on the first page of Haley’s work the letter portion of the letter “b” is written in the capital form. Therefore, this demonstrates that Haley is learning how to use capital letters because she capitalizing the first letter on every line. Furthermore, Haley’s punctuation skills are being used in her writing. For instance, Haley uses a period at the end of her sentences, but the portion of her period is large.
