1. Introduction
Access control is the restriction of access to a building or area and it can be achieved by different means of physical security. Magnetic access control card system is one of the many ways of restricting access to a building or area. According to Oke et al. (2009), magnetic access control systems are used to control entry to a room or building and were developed to reduce prodigious amount of theft and fraud.
Magnetic access control card security systems use smart cards which are small plastic cards made out of Polyvinyl Chloride incorporating one or more integrated circuits within its thickness to store and transact data (Hendry, 2007). Types of smart cards include Subscriber Identity Modules (SIM) cards, magnetic stripe cards, dual interface cards and many more. Smart card systems were developed in 1973 by a Frenchman called Roland Marino and they were commercialized in 1981 (Hsiao et al., 2011).
Colleges and universities are the leading adopters of smart cards security systems application for security reasons. The University Utara Malaysia (UUM) was the pioneer adopter and implementer of this system among universities in Malaysia (Mohammad, 2011). According to Sivalingam (2009), among the most reputable universities that use smart card security systems in its premises include University of Cambridge and University of Ottawa.
Magnetic access control systems reduce unauthorised access to facilities. The information embedded in the card is reset only by authorities (Kumar et al., 2013). Non repudiation is also ensured since a card is issued to only one user. However, the magnetic access control system is relatively expensive to put into place. The card is subject to bend in unusual ways resulting to a permane...

PKC is the enabling technology for all Internet security and the increasing use of digital signatures, which are replacing traditional signatures in many contexts. However, RSA is better than PKC because RSA doesn’t need digital signature. As a result, the RSA algorithm turned out to be a perfect fit for the implementation of a practical public security system. In 1977, Martin Gardner first introduced the RSA system. After 5 years, company RSA used secure electronic security products. Nowadays many credit companies of all over the world use the RSA system or a similar system based on the RSA system.
Although there are many technologies in tracking, for this research I will be discussing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Universal Product Code. There are major differences and comparisons between these two technologies which define both. Though both of these technologies are widely used within numerous industries, they are used differently since they are so different. For example, the government (United States Postal System), military, private companies (such as Wal-Mart, Target and other companies), the healthcare system, and other industries all use these types of tracking technologies. Though some industries specifically use just one technology or though many use both. In my research, I will define both technologies, discuss the history, how they are used and what the future is of both products.
In today’s world, we can say that the main danger to privacy, security for people who lives in free democratic societies can come from the system that will create and apply supposedly very high tech national ID card.
Failing applies to me when I don’t what In am so post to do. When I fail it hurts me and it doesn’t help. Failing is the worst that can happened to me. I was the person last year to fail the math test. When I failed the math test I was sad, but I had to influence myself to do better. Throught trial and error I tried to seced. When a failure happened I was at home and I was trying to play a video game and a failure happened. The failure was when my video game character was trying to jump over a wall and she fell. I was so mad ,but I tried again and it didn’t work.
Failure isn’t always something you have control of or have the ability to predict. Failure seems to happen at the worst of times; however we need to accept it, because you cannot always win. My greatest failure would be tearing my anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), my junior year in a lacrosse game, through no fault of my own in which my body physically failed me, but it truly changed my aspect of life in multiple ways.
Credit to buy goods or services has been around since the early 1900s, when consumers would use credit to buy goods or services and pay for them at a later date. The bill would send the bank containing a description of the items bough, their price, tax, and overall total. The consumer would visit to the bank and pay it before a set date set by the retailer. Today, “7 out of 10” Americans have one or more credit cards. Credit Card companies introduced the ‘chip,’ a magnetic strip in cards to prevent fraud in brick-and-mortar stores, in late 2015. Major credit card companies, such as Visa and MasterCard, pushed the new cards onto their cardholders by mailing out chip cards and letting the cardholder know their regular card
Failure is something in life that everyone is afraid of. Failure is apart of everyone’s life at some point whether it’s in a sport, at school, or even just a part of daily life. Failure can be in taken in two ways, one; you can take the failure in as a challenge and push to strive better and never want to fail again, or two; take failure in bad and not want to try harder and just give up without after failing once. Some of the richest or even successful people in life have had failures. The famous basketball player Michael Jordan, when he was a sophomore he tried out for the varsity basketball team and didn’t make it. But if it wasn’t for that failure in his life he would of have never tried his hardest to end up becoming one of the best NBA players in history and have one of the most successful shoe brands. That’s just one of the many successful people who had failures in life.
Failure is apart of life, it can make or break a person. When a person experiences a type of failure it is now up to them to see how they respond. They can choose the high road, and become a stronger person for it. Then they can choose the low road, the easy way out. The easy way out is never a good choice. It can lead only to destruction. The high road is the right choice to take when responding to failure. It will lead down a path of success. Jessica Lahey’s article, “When Success Leads to Failure” is an article that shows how kids are experiencing failure. Lahey says that, “these kids have a fear for failure, and that they have given up natural loves for learning. They are scared of not being successful”(Lahey). The truth is life is hard there will be failure. There is nothing in this world that comes easy to anyone.
To understand the issues and current activities regarding the development of electronic payment system, I discuss the following in this paper.
My project during final year of my undergraduate course was on RFID card Swapping Syst...
Failure happens when something isn't successful. Failure is a thing that all people can learn from. Failures can be used as lessons so that the failure will not be repeated again. One of my greatest failures in life that I've experienced and learned from would be from the time of my first grade year. I didn’t take school seriously when I was in the first grade and made terrible grades. After this failure, it made change the outlook on school and I started trying. I learned that I need to take school serious or else I will do bad in school. This failure lead to success in school and I started making good grades which will help later on in life.

As established by PCI DSS, our company needs to include different aspects to securely handle and store credit cards information. From the perspective of the Information Security Analyst we must to consider the following points:
Once such failure happened to me when I was an eighth grader in middle school. It was last semester before summer, and every teacher was cramming in an overwhelming amount of information because school was almost over and it was time to take final exams. Almost everyday, I did not pay attention to what the teachers was talking about. When the time came to study for final exams and look over the review packets with endless amounts of questions, I became completely expressionless and wanted to bawl my eyes out. I decided not to study and
Failure is the result from actions that were not successful, to have failed your actions. Society believes that failure should be hated but it is fundamental to success and to achieve goals. Each human learns from their failures, their success becomes even greater. The key to success is to believe, other want to postpone you into total failure; but you can use those failures for your benefit. I have experienced many failures that have impacted the outcome of my life in negative and positive ways, the most traumatizing failure was my rejection of the National Honor Society. I had dreamed of joining the National Honor Society since the staff had introduced it during the freshmen induction, it had become a goal mine for the entirety of high school.
