Under the fast developing business world, our world is become a smaller place to do business with the help of Internet and convenient transportations. Globalization is the process to interacts and integrates with people from different places in the world. Along with the globalized business model, the concept of ‘big business’ came out in 1880. It refers to the large-scale commercial business actions. A lot of problems accrued because of the conflicts between big business and local culture. Second, people do not born with culture, but acquired during the process of growing up. Families, schools, friends, all of them can be the elements to shape one’s culture. Last but not least, culture is the measurement for norm in its certain level. It is the reference to judge normal or strange.
