There are two category’s in today’s society Those who oppose illegal immigration and want the immigrants to be forced back to their originating countries. Those who oppose illegal immigration but would prefer that illegal immigrants that reside within the United States are granted citizenship options. There are obviously quite a number of people that are opposed to illegal immigration. Almost all of us can say we are children of immigrants Many immigrants risk their lives to reach the United States so that they may provide their families a better life. The three main reasons they become invisible victims are they are not aware they are victimized, they don 't know the right way to ask for help and they are afraid to be fired or even deported.. Immigration is not a bad thing as some people in todays society make it seems. I think that it also people from another country and race to have a change at a better life than they have now.it allows people to seek a new job, new life and have access to a brighter future for example, the pilgrims on the Mayflower. They immigrated to America for a new life and a brighter future. On the other hand some immigrants, both legal and illegal continue to immigrate to the United States of America for opportunities. Although I support the notion of allowing illegal immigrants that do not have criminal records to stay here, I also think that going forward the Unites States should create stricter barriers and immigration laws to keep illegal immigration from continually occurring. Second of all, immigrants are taking jobs in the United States, but they are taking the jobs that Americans do not want because of the pay and extraneous hard labor. Most immigrants work in factories, small businesses, or farms. One thing that I disagree with is that the illegal immigrants have a good and bad effect to the economy and the country. For example in the new we mostly hear about some of the illegal immigrants are committing a crime and not applying for visa. Sometimes they even still others social security numbers. Illegal immigrants some not all sometimes bring drugs into the USA which I think is the most dangerous thing they can do besides kill. One problem in today 's society is people view all immigrants as labor workers. People tend to believe that immigrants "threaten" American life by causing unemployment.
