I was very impressed with Mr. Charles Wiley, Media Journalist for his sharp mind and in creditable memory. Five days before turning ninety years old. This man has given three seminars and was heading to San Antonio for another seminar before heading back to California. Mr. Wiley does not even look tired at all or speechless. This man has so much experience and accomplishments in life that he could probably speak forever. He mentioned that he’s in great health except he cannot hear very well and has a bad eye which is amazing for his age. I loved it when he mentioned that his doctor told him that he was a lip reader but he did not know that. He stated that his right eye was patched, but that he was not a pirate. When I explain to him that I needed to get my degree to get better wages or to start my own business. He got mad my marriage got worse. Then he left me for a lady that is ten years older than me and it broke my heart. Knowing that he was with another woman I filed for a divorce. I went into a depression that all I wanted to do was sleep all night and all day. I enrolled myself to summer one thinking it will keep me busy studying and take me from me going through a divorce. But it backfired on me; I made an F which not even in High School I did in your Web Social Psychology Class. So I decided to take a break and skip Summer II and get back on my feet. It’s been hard, especially because I want to fight my depression without medication. Sometime I release that maybe I have been keeping myself too busy in house shores that when I sitting still for a while I start to fall asleep. I am sorry to tell you about my past problems it’s just that Mr. Wiley seminar motivated greatly. He talked about how important marriage was to him. How important his wife was to him and that the greatest gift to him was to have a wife to talk to and lay with every night of his life. This inspired me to live my life with my head held up because I was a great wife that truly loved and believed in marriage. I did not fail my marriage, my ex-husband did. He inspired me to finish my degree, open my business and follow my dreams. He inspired me to love again someday. He taught me that there might be storms in our lives because no one lives a perfect life. We should learn from our mistakes so we can survive in this world. One of the last topics Mr. Charles Wiley talked about was about a text he had received from a lady who had lost her son from heroin. He mentioned that he never talks about subjects like this in his past seminar, but that lady text cut his attention. He wondered how heroine or any substances can be so powerful to control a human
