What it means to be a peak performer to me is to be motivated and dedicated take risk step outside of the box. A peak performer are always thinking on their feet they never have a duh moment because they have already planned ahead. I read "Being a peak performer is described as someone who is recognized for consistently maintaining high productively levels and going above and beyond". To me that means that you have set a goal and you will not stop until you have fully accomplished what you set out to do. I have set many goals one is returning to college I set aside so many of my responsibilities to make sure I 'm able to finish school. I also know peak performers qualities there learning styles and how to maximize their learning they involve they make sound judgments and effective decisions so they use their head and think things through.
My tools for self assessment would first be categorized with priorities what is the most important to least important in my life. I would make a chart analyze what I needed to do to succeed in my personal and professional lives. Then I would incorporate my everyday way of living by then focusing on what are my strengths and weakness. My strengths are hardworking being dependable, dedicated, loyal, and never giving up my weakness is time management having a lot on my plate at one time not setting aside a effective schedule that would work for both personal and professional. Since I have now learned my strengths and weakness I can utilize both in my personal and professional lives by taking things one step at a time sitting down and making a calendar for each month putting my priorities first and then come back to my secondary things and complete them last. I will make sure to keep my person...

.... First I 'm definitely a leader and in law enforcement I also thought that I would 've been an analyzer because I 'm always over thinking everything. This information has been very beneficial because I can see my advancement and my direction in life knowing that I 'm a self learner basically I learn fast I came in very close to being a analyzer which I thought I was that all along so I think I have a mixture of two. Actually I 'm currently in law enforcement and that 's one of the strongest qualities you will have as an director learner is being able to be a leader give directions. I found everything to be so true about me I am very strong headed which mean when I know something I always try and lead a group I 'm always at the center trying to build more people up.
