Qualities I feel I will bring to my profession as a Human Service Profession. My major while attending Old Dominion University is in Human Services. My Professional aspirations are to learn new skills and new ideas, being open minded. Being, a human service worker I know I will be working with individuals from different backgrounds sharing a different way of life, knowing this being open-minded a great trait to have. Combining all that I’ve learned with the knowledge I have working in Healthcare for several years. I enjoy working with individuals both young and old. Women, my first choice. Healthcare and Human Services are similar fields of work in many ways, both jobs you are working with people, a job that I’ve enjoyed for many years and hope for many more to come. Again, I truly enjoy working with people. I feel I have the courage that is needed while working with individuals who are troubled. I know there will be times where I will run into extremely difficult situations, I need to have the courage mentioned to be fearless so that I will not be overwhelmed with the different challenges I will face while performing my job, while encouraging my client wellbeing. Upholding, the truthfulness and ethics of the profession. I want to be the help needed with troubled individuals to name women helping them find a sense of stability and improving professional growth while finding security for themselves. While describing, what I will do as a Human Service professional. What does one really look like, in our society today we see them as intelligent, Choosing Human Services as a career as a Social Worker or Practitioner. I feel very passionate about as I mentioned before. I feel God has a plan for me, and I will be used to help women with the many problems they face within their lives.
