For some organizations, it is difficult to forecast projections for the next five or ten years. Many factors contribute to a company’s success or failure. These factors include the economy, supply and demand, and internal factors such as management and technology limitations. The dynamic nature of a globalized workforce is steadily changing in employer expectations and employee performance.
