Human resource management is considered as the field of management within an organization where the human resources or the employees are taken care of or considered for their optimum utilization for the company’s objectives as well as providing them with welfare services (McCourt & Eldridge, 2003, p.1). Therefore, the arrangements for the organisations and the human resources management are fundamentally connected with each other and it is the duty of the human resources manager to take care of the obligations of the HR group towards their effective exhibitions for the accomplishment of the organizational achievement. The criticalness of the human resource administration lies in its combination with the business arrangements of an organisation, the best way they can fit into each other, its organisation with the organizational ethics, culture and values, its dedication towards achieving the organizational objectives, following appropriate employee’s policies and determining a suitable organization of the human resources in the delivery of their organizations. Therefore, the part of the human resources management assumes a critical part in the proficient and powerful exhibitions of the workers attempting to motivate them and maintaining relationships with them for the ultimate success of an organization.
An organization without a leader may can be compared to a snake without a head. In such conditions, the organisation turns out to be similarly as weak as the snake with its head cut off. This is because just as the head of a snake does for the snake, the leader is there to determine the direction that the organization will take in all its endeavours and corporate dealings (Bessant and Buckingham, 2003).
