Human resource management refers to the strategic and coherent approach incorporated in the administration of an organization or company. It is a vital aspect concerned with the people working collectively or individually service offered by a company. Human resource contributes massively to the achievement and realization of the goals and objectives of a company. The company is well equipped and devoted to doing all these tasks despite the challenges they encounter. The procedure for recruiting and selection of staff members involves posting of job positions on their online career centre website. It is then displayed on a career page where an applicant can easily visualize the advert. The candidates are expected to fill a recruitment form based on their credentials and upload their resume to the website. When the resume gets reviewed, those who qualified are contacted for an interview.
