The Internet was first seen in education in 1984, it first was used for college and career guidance. Between the years 1997 and 2007 the internet expanded far more rapidly than anyone had anticipated. In this time frame the internet developed into the world’s main resource for information. Search engines such as Google, yahoo, aol established numerous new methods to find information. Educational software became more beneficial and motivating to students with the use of new graphics and videos actuality included in the learning experience. Not only can students gain from the internet every part of the education system is simplified because of the Internet. You can now view your potential educational institute, look up courses, take classes, research, see your results, and even look for job prospects on the Internet. Internet in education is very wide and equal to all; not only children can benefit from the cooperation of the internet in education but also all age groups and lifestyles can as well. People can gain knowledge according to their own needs and time of availability. While the Internet does a lot for students, there are also benefits for parents and teachers. The interactive learning that the Internet provides can help students and parents with little or no English skills to learn English. Parents can become more involved in their children 's education by connecting with the school in homes, libraries. Teachers can adjust to the different learning styles they can also set their own pace of teaching. Individual teaching techniques can become more available, which has been proven to be a factor in student achievement.
