• How long do you typically wait to have your order taken once seated?
The wait times totally depends on how busy the restaurant is. The weekends are usually very busy so we have to wait longer compared to the weekdays. The good thing about this restaurant is that they take drinks order right away.
• Does your server usually introduce him/herself?
Yes, the server mostly introduces him/herself. Servers are very humble and friendly. They will have a chat with you.
• Does your server usually tell you of daily specials or make recommendations?
Some of the servers inform us about the daily specials, but as we are regular customers, we just order our regular items. The menu categorically labels items as spicy, so it makes it easier for the guests to order food.
• How long does it ordinarily take after you have ordered before you get to eat?

The restaurant displays more things that are good about it rather than bad about it. It has been rated as the best restaurant by most of the people in social media. The turnoff in this restaurant is their wait time. We have to wait to be seated and thereafter wait to get the order taken and thereafter wait for the food to arrive. The reason behind long wait times could be the absence of workers. If they hire more servers then I think this problem could be solved because I have noticed many times that the tables are unoccupied but still guests have to wait for the tables. If food quality or taste aspect of the food served in this restaurant changes dramatically then, of course, it would not be my favorite restaurant, and I would not prefer to eat here. My idea of going to the restaurant is to relish food in a good atmosphere so it is very important that I get to eat something that satisfies my taste buds and gives me a sense of fulfillment.
