As an academic writing you have many challenges to face especially in college. You have to make sure your grammar is always correct (but that’s an absolute must in writing), you have to make sure your words flow with what you’re talking about and how you’re going to catch the readers eye, and you always have to make sure you English terms are imputed correctly throughout what you’re writing. As a writer for me I struggled and I’m still struggling, I lack the precision you need to execute a good academic essay. I’m at a slow pace in this class because I want to really grasp the concept of writing and how to really write so I can turn in a really good essay. I’m gonna to list my 6 process steps on how I’m going to become a better academic writing. This is where brainstorm would be a big help. I need a way to writer but also become creative while writing. I have to put myself in my right because if I don’t it’s not me and that wouldn’t be very creative. To me creativity is originality because when you can be original and have your own stuff and write about what you can up with that’s having the best creative angle ever because it’s all you and not copied and pasted. My final step is to proofread and get feedback. It’s important to read my essay over carefully to check for typos and spelling and grammar errors. It’s best to ask someone who hast seem my essay to take a look too and they are likely to see mistakes as well I need to show my essay to family, friends, or teachers. I need to ask if it makes sense and sounds like me. Also, I need to consider their feedback and make changes, but keep my voice.
