Lifelong learning represents the process through which individuals assume that there is always something more to learn and achieve. However, this can be best achieved by proper assessment of our strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats. They permanently seek excellence in their personal and professional life. A definition of lifelong learning is that it represents a process through which individuals take opportunities both formal and informal to sustain their continuous development and also to improve the skills and abilities for personal and professional fulfilment.
