1. How does completing an MBA relate to your career and life goals?

My goal is to eventually assume a position as the CEO of a company by rising through the ranks of operations management.
I currently work in the project management field at a company called Workfront and I interact with many clients of varying industries. I troubleshoot daily workflows and I love the challenge of providing clients with the most efficient workflow based on their needs. I enjoy the logic involved in looking at the individual pieces of a workflow or process because I am an analytical person. I am driven to understand how something works and then I apply what I learn to combine those pieces together for the best solution possible. As a result of my work, I have been invited to participate in councils within Workfront to apply these skills to improve internal work processes.
It is exciting to work in these councils because I have the opportunity to work with the management of different departments...
