Today’s view of health care is commonly determined by the stakeholders which consist of more than just the providers in the health care system. First there is the patient, whom will require good communication, educational teaching and notification of the services provided. Then there are the payer’s sources, which insures the patient. Medicare and Medicaid, which are primarily used and more commonly known throughout the country as a governmental payer who is heavily regulated (CMS.gov, 2015). Next is the employees, this is the team that is inclusive of the all levels of care, from the housekeeping staff, to the dietary aide, to the nurse on the floor. Each person will have an active role in the care for the patient that will provide continuity of care and services. Finally, there is the providers. The provider will be seeking best practice skills and new treatments that will offer the best possible outcomes for quality care (Department of Community and Family Medicine, 2014).
As each stakeholder is viewed as an asset, it will appear that each stakeholder offers vital contributions to their constituents that is involved in the delivery of health care. Each contribution is essential to ensure that the system that is designed will provide the delivery of care that is expected through a functional and methodology that can be followed in a simplistic matter for the patient and their families (DiGiola, T., 2013).
As in business, there will be conflicts that will arise when there are varying degrees of people involved for a common interest, such as the delivery of patient care. In addition, there are times when there must be a resolution resulting from circumstances that may arise that will require a collaborative decisions. F...

In conclusion, as the delivery of patient care services demand changes and hold everyone accountable for the services provide, the health care administration and the stakeholder will be willing to improve services for the future of health care without defeat. As a health care professionals, each person must seek the change that it will take to demonstrate the nation’s ability to allow the patient to gain trust in a system that has failed for years. Patients are seeking a human touch, an advocate, educational teaching of their disease processes as well as stability of their own health status. The health care professionals must then equip and educated their staff members with knowledge, training and empathy, while seeing what the patient sees and what makes their hospital stays more relevant and by providing the support that is required (Healthshare TV., 2012)
