This paper will explore the history of the health care industry and the challenges that it has faced over the several decades and the factors of any future changes and challenges that the country will have to overcome. Improving health care in the United States shall only get better with stronger leaders and new strategies. The United States currently is and has been facing many challenges in the health industry. There is not a single sector of the health care industry that has not been affected. The healthcare industry contributes a mass majority of factors in the United States economy. The health care industry is one of the largest expenditures. The health care industry has long related inquiries that involve focusing on the lower and middle class individuals and creating a system that works for all Americans have access health care insurance and services.
Presently, with the Patient Protection and Affordable Act (also known Obama care) have driven major concerns. The health care industry rapidly grows in healthcare expenditures, cost of care, and quality of care, budget cuts, health insurance and much more. As a country, leaders have to recognize and focus on the troubling issues. The following is a are future challenges and changes that have had a contributed factor in the health care industry: (Many challenges have already surfaced; it’s a matter of what strategic planning the government can oversee and make positive approaches moving forward)
• Employee work ethic-younger generation have not experienced work ethic, ability and experience of what work is’ as what the older generation(s) established. A decline in work performance and the ambush to work for that dollar has become troublesome for many.

The US should look at the possible in efficacies and focus on those, as well has the spending analysis and provide the increased services with enough medical professionals and goods.
In conclusion, with pressure accumulating to cut costs and improve the quality of care within the health care industry the United States has not been able to fully take responsibility and come to resolution for all challenges that have a rose and road blocks that have been created. Challenges from all different natures affect the US health care system differently and comes with a costly process in order to address the challenges. The effectiveness of research and analysis is very crucial in decades to come.
