Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was written by J. K. Rowling and is the seventh and final book in the Harry Potter series. The book is about a seventeen-year-old wizard, named Harry Potter, who has to travel all over England to find things that will help him defeat the evil wizard, Lord Voldomort. The main theme/moral of the entire series is good will always triumphs over evil. In every book, even when it looks like evil is going to win, good always triumphs in the end.
There are two sides in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the good side, and
the bad. The main characters on the good side are Harry Potter and his two friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and on the bad the main character is Lord Voldomort. Harry Potter is a courageous, brave, and kind person. The whole series revolves around Harry Potter and Lord Voldomort. Ron Weasley is Harry’s closest friend and is not always the brightest but he is a good person who always stands with Harry no matter the situation. Hermione Granger is a book worm, straight A student who turns every assignment in on time and always does whatever her teachers tell her to do, and because of her skill and knowledge she has helped the trio out of several tight situations. Lord Voldomort is the most evil of the evil. His goal is to rule the world, kill every muggle (non magical people) so that only wizards are left and, most importantly, to conquer death. Through out the entire series Voldomort has tried to kill Harry a total of eight times but has failed all because of his short-sightedness and un-willingness to admit to his weaknesses.
The conflict in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is, for the most part, between Harry Potter and Lord Voldomort. It all started, at least spec...

But Voldomort didn’t listen to what Harry said, and the moment he cast his spell it rebounded on him and he was killed. After the dead had been buried and the injured treated, all was well and the entire wizarding world was at peace.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is my favorite book in the Harry Potter
series for two reasons. The first reason is because it ties up all the questions I had from the other books. This book really was a good ending, for me at least. And the second reason is because it’s just a great book. It has mystery, suspense, humor, action and many more things that keep you from putting the book down. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this ten and it is also my number one favorite book (so far).
Overall I think this is a great book. I would recommend this book to others but you would have to read the first two books before this one. I would recommend this book because it has a great story line and there is never a dull moment.
In Children’s literature, the characters are good or bad. The author attempts to teach the children without confusing them. They are learning right from wrong when doing this. In the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Clive Staples Lewis uses this in his novel with his characters. “He parallels the difference between right and wrong” (“Faith”). In the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Lewis shows good vs. evil and the archetypes hero and villain in his novel.
Through the Harry Potter series starts off relatively pleasant and more as a children’s story, the series soon turns grim and might even be considered a horror story by some. Magic in the wizarding world of Harry Potter and it is not viewed at negatively because of the positive ways it is used throughout the series, but what about the negative ways? “The fight between good and evil, embodied most strongly in the characters of Harry and Lord Voldemort, emerges as a centerpoint for the story line” (Patrick and Patrick 222). Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters are wizards and witches who use dark magic to kill and torture those that disagree with their views. These wizards and witches relentlessly use the unforgivable curses in the series such as the: cruciatus, killing, and imperious curse. These curses are unforgivable and also illegal in the wizarding world and the display of torture and murder are harsh acts for young viewers. Christopher and Sarah Patrick go on to say in “Exploring the Dark Side”, that this is “the kind of evil in which serial killers engage directly parallels that of Lord Voldemort (Patrick and Patrick 230). The use of dark magic, murder, and torture are all reasons why the Harry Potter films and books can be hard for young viewers to comprehend and therefore may be of ill
In conclusion it is reasonable to state that the characters are very easy to determine in which category they fall into. The good guys who are Huck and Him and the bad guys who are the King, Duke and Pap, because they only do things for their own benefit. But beyond seeing these characters being represented the way that they are, this has a deeper meaning. It shows us that there are people in the world who are simply bad and good. Those who do stuff to help others and those who only do things that benefit themselves. So could this mean that there are only two types of people, good or bad?
If these characters were both purely evil, and had no guilt whatsoever, this would be simply a boring story of unhinged men. Adding both good and evil sides to an individual adds a little something extra to the story that distinguishes it from many other pieces of literature. Aside from adding to the storyline, these morally ambiguous characters give students a chance to practice their skill at analyzing characters and think for themselves, forming their own outlooks on the characters and the book as a whole.
... other. Although Peter is considered evil and cruel, the novel never mentions him killing any human being. Ender is another perfect example of good and evil coexisting in one body though he is generally seen as good, he has his moments. Finally, Card expresses his thoughts on his theme of good versus evil with symbols that can describe the deception of looks; not all who look innocent are innocent, and not all those who look guilty are guilty. Good and evil lives within us however it is up to each individual person to decide which side of the fence they would rather be on: good or evil.
JK Rowling and her Harry Potter series have reached the entire world. Many say the Harry Potter series is just for pure entertainment. I say it’s the total opposite. JK Rowling uses the Harry Potter Series to convey issues that her readers may experience and relate to throughout their lifetime. She portrays tragedies, unity, accomplishments, friendships and lastly, finding self-identity.
...ave evolved about the subject matter of these books. The greatest controversy, though, centers on the series’ religious references, which have caused many parents to despise the “immoral” concepts of the stories and forbid their children from reading these books. Such people feel that Rowling promotes paganism through the magic performed by the characters, and promotes evil through various connections to Satan. Still, Harry Potter does not reflect the practices of Wicca and good always overpowers evil in the end; therefore, we should not be concerned with the effects of the series on children, or even adults. After all, readers have been enjoying stories containing magical references for centuries and humanity has not suffered because of it. Harry Potter is just another magical story and should be enjoyed, rather than judged because of its controversial references.
Secondly, the story ended in a very similar way, with the resurrection of Voldemort, the death of Cedric Diggory and Harry escapes from the wrath of Lord Voldemort. For me, the most important similarity is the choosing of the Four champions for the Triwizard tournament from the Goblet of Fire. Originally, there should have been only Three Champions to be chosen, but Barty Crouch Jr., the Death Eater who was a servant of Voldemort secretly entered Harry’s name in the goblet by bewitching it so in the end could resurrect Lord Voldemort again by having the bone of who he used to be (Tom Riddle) and the blood of his enemy (Harry). This for me is important as the story centers on the Goblet of Fire and how Harry was chosen as the Fourth champion surpassing all the tasks and in the end was proclaimed the Triwizard Champion but also the instrument for Lord Voldemort’s

At Hogwarts Harry has a whole group of friendships. This group dynamic influences Harry’s decisions. This is the way in which an individual affects a group. At the end when Harry and two others are playing chess to get through to another door, his friend makes the decision to sacrifice himself so the rest of the group can go on.
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, author J.K. Rowling displays the themes of feminism, love, and death because she personally experienced the importance of each. Throughout her lifetime Rowling experienced many difficult and wonderful times with her family, friends, and fans. These experiences and the effects that they had on the author’s life are clearly demonstrated in her written work. Through her characters in this novel Rowling created an outlet that she may solve her problems and relive the wonders of her life not only for herself but for her readers as well.
Two of the best things in the world, “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” and “Harry Potter,” have a good deal in common. Other than the vast amount of space reserved in my brain for storing quotes and random facts from these two stories, both tales share many similar objects, plot devices, character attributes, and themes. Even though Python's “Holy Grail” is an exact historical representation of the Arthurian Grail legend, some might argue that the “Harry Potter” story is more reflective of the actual ancient texts than the 1974 film.
JK Rowling is one of the most influential authors of our time, breaking boundaries and creating an alternate reality in a world far from anyones imagination. The series she is most well known for is the Harry Potter series. The series is seven books accompanied by eight movies. The tale starts with a young boy named Harry, whose parents died, from the sinister Voldemort. The series takes a bunch of twist and turns that ultimately lead to Voldemort 's death. Although, Harry and Voldemort want to destroy one another, they have some undoubtedly strong connections that are undeniable. JK Rowling has said that the connections between Harry and Voldemort range from childhood, through the death of Voldemort. The story of Voldemort and Harry begins
