No amount of education can completely prepare us for the world that lies ahead of us. Because it presents many unknowns, it is exciting yet at the same time frightening. I know that there are still so many things that can only be learned through experience; a challenge with which we will soon all be faced. I would like to read a letter written by a woman by the name of Avril Johannes which was published in the book "Chicken Soup For the Soul." She writes this letter to the world upon her son's and his classmates' graduation and it relates some of these same ideas.
"Dear World:
Our children finish school today. It's all going to be quite strange to them for a while, and I wish you would treat them kindly. They are starting out on a new adventure. It is an adventure that may include war and tragedy and sorrow. To make their way they will require a great deal of faith, love, tolerance and understanding.
So world, I wish you would look after them. Take them by the hand and teach them the things they will need to know, but please, world, do it gently if you can. They will have to learn that not all people are just, that not all people are fair, and that not all people are true. But also teach them that for every villain there is a hero, that for every crooked politician there is a great and dedicated leader, and that for every enemy there is a good friend.
It will take time, world, but teach them that a nickel earned is of more value than a dollar found. Teach them to lose gracefully so that they will enjoy winning that much more. Steer them away from envy, if you can, and teach them the secret of quiet laughter. Teach them to be at peace with their God. Teach them to be strong inside so they can stand the hurt of failure and keep the desire to try again until they succeed. Teach them to be gentle with gentle people, and to be tough with tough people.
Teach them to follow their judgment and not the crowd. Teach them to listen to all people, but to filter all they hear through a screen of truth. Teach them to laugh when they are sad, but also teach them that there is no shame in shedding tears.
I will teach my students the power of not giving up on what they believe in. In this book “The Warriors Don’t Cry”, we are told not to be afraid and resist the norm; if something is not right we need fight it and make it better. Melba and the other members of the Little Rock Nine was able to bring about change, they were able to shift the power of one group of people over to another through resistance. Resistance doesn’t have to be violent, it can be peaceful. Melba’s Grandma India teaches us all that you can get a lot of things done with just passive resistance. Smiling in the face of your enemies as they try to cause harm to you. Not only shows them that you are strong enough to take anything they dish at you, but also so you have
Grow up doing their own things: “Jem and I found our father satisfactory: he played with us, he read to us, and he treated us with courteous detachment.”

Another lesson I will teach my students is being self-reliance. Melba and the other students had to rely on themselves to survive. They was force to go to school, surrounded by hostile and hateful people. They was also force to lose their friends from their old high school because their friends were afraid to be around them. The black students had to learn to rely more and more on themselves and not on the people around them like family and friends, because at the end of the day they had to protect
The most successful way to instill righteous and moral behavior and thoughts is by demonstrating our respectable interactions and honest problem solving approaches during difficult times of our lives. “As adults we should dare to be adults that we want our children to be”. They learn by watching and are quick to mimic our behavior with their peers outside of home. The author writes that “we should strive to raise children who: engage with the world from a place of worthiness, embrace their vulnerabilities and imperfections, feel a deep sense of love and compassion for themselves and others, value hard work, perseverance, and respect, and also move through our rapidly changing world with courage and a resilient spirit” (214, 218-219). All of these elements will help to transform the way we live, love, and

Good evening. Some of you out there may not realize this but those of you who attended Suntime Middle School have been with this guy for the last seven years. I would like to ask you all, not just Suntime Middle School grads and who all else, to join me in thanking Mr. Weather for his patience and dedication to the success of our education over the years. We are the Class of 2000. The first graduating class of the new millennium. The past four years have been pretty wild. We started out as a bunch of rats in a small cage, but as time went by we learned and matured and became big rats in a new small cage, but in any case, the cage door is now opening; the handlers turning us wild things loose. As we leave "Where the Wild Things Are," home to some of the best cat fights, fist fights and food fights this side of the Cascades, I have a little surprise for all of you sitting in front of me here tonight in your caps and gowns … we ain’t seen nothing yet!

giving them a good head on their shoulder their development shall be a positive one. It is up to the parents and child to not let the neighborhoods they are brought up in shape them and not have themselves development in the future in a negative way. They need to shape a bright future for themselves and make wise choices.
The only solution that I can think of is that each and every teacher must work at putting positive ideas and positive feelings into each and every child. It is a hard task, especially living in today's world, but if teachers can show children that there is a bright future waiting for them they will work towards getting there.
As we know, children spend about thirteen years of their childhood (if they graduate) in school around their peers and teachers. Most children go home to busy households where parents do not spend quality time, such as; listening, and disciplining them like they need to. So when these children go into the school the next day, they need and adult to pat them on the back, listen to them, discipline them, and encourage them to keep on trying. Children need to be encouraged so they will try harder. I want to there to give them that extra push that they deserve because many teachers gave me that encouragement to me. These days encourageable, energetic, and determined teachers become evermore important in today’s busy society.
I feel that there is no better time to incorporate this philosophy into everyday teaching methods than when a child is in his or her early childhood years. Hopefully, each child will carry with him or her from my teachings an expanded mind and a higher level of knowledge; however, I also hope that that child may take what he or she learns from social interaction with peers and develop a code of ethics that will stay with the child, unchanging except through further personal experiences, through adulthood.
...in managing the nature as Hunter Thompson, an American author once quoted that ‘politics is the art of controlling your youth environment’. Specifically, ministers should initiate the practice of being kind indeed by exposing their own daily applications. In varsities, sagacious professors shall necessitate noble practices such as speak nicely, etiquette, manner, and politeness. Teachers in school also included in implementing moral values among youth. Carl Jung, popular psychologist, through his research has stated that youth are more attentive to acts rather than works. So, educationalists have to pursue success in educating youth through acts, for they are the future leaders of the world. Lastly, the teenagers themselves should take an action in changing their attitude and apply more good values in themselves. They can choose what they want to be in the future.
