4. Google Inc.’s work environment
The work environment is to describe the environment condition which employees operate. The work environment can be physical conditions, such as location, office, equipment. The work environment is also about when employees and managers are having communication or having some good activities together. Having a good work environment make employees feel good and comfortable to come to work and it also provides the motivation to support them throughout the day (Work Environment, 2016).

4.1 Great location
Google Inc. has 70 branch offices in more than 40 countries as subsidiaries. Working in Google Company is one of the best jobs that most of the people want to work. Even though working with Google company can be challenged, but the entire outcome from Google will be uncountable. Google Inc. has received awards called “Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for”, which received in 2015 and 2016 and both year, Google Inc. ranked as the number one. To get a job at Google, it is harder to get into Harvard University. Google has more than two million applicants a year, this seems that everyone wants to work for Google. The reasons are Google create wonderful workplaces and excellent benefits for its employees (Google Inc., 2016).

Google has interior decoration in every office of Google company based on the country cultures and lifestyles. Google give precedence to office design and work environment of the company because Google believes that these things will make employees feel happy, relax and home. When employees are enjoy working on the company, they will be able to come up with the new ideas and be more creative.
