So a word of advice to every person reading this, use the good body language more often than the bad. It will be so helpful and everyone will stay out of trouble because they are being good or nice. Hopefully the readers have learned in reading this that having good body language is better than having bad body language. That it is easy to acquire good body language habits, and that it might take a little work to get rid of the bad body language, but in the long run it will be worth it. Many people do not realize this, but they need to figure it out before it is too late, if they learn one thing from reading this it should be that actions speak louder than words. Learning this and applying this to one’s life will help them dramatically.
