Before there was earth and heaven, there was a Creator to make all things with His words. He spoke “let there be light”, and then there was light. He spoke let there be water, then there was water. He separated water and dry land to make ground and sea, and also covered the dry land with vegetation and plants. The creator was mighty and He is Our God.
God created the whole universe in seven days. He created light, water, plants, and animal. Then God said, “let us make man in our image, after our likeness”(Gen 1:26). “Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living creature” (Gen 2:7) and named him Adam. God Created Adam purposely to rule over God’s other creation and keep them. God commanded Adam could eat everything in the garden but anything from the tree of good and evil. God was delight with all His creations, but there was only one thing He was not pleased. God said, “it is not good that the man should be alone”(Gen 2:18). And then God created Eve out of Adam’s rib.
God love all of His Creations, especially Man and Woman. God gave human a precious gift. He gave human free will, He gave human the right to think and make decisions. But without God’s presence, human are weak.
Everything was good until the temptation came. When Eve was alone with out God and Adam, Satan came to approach Eve and use lies to misleading Eve into the wrong path. Human had fallen. They had sinned against God, and hided themselves away from God. From then human lost their perfect relationship with God.
Even human sinned against God, God still show them mercy. He knew what human had done, but He came to approach human first. God also sacrifice an animal use their ski...

Essay about In the Beginning, God Created Heaven and Earth

- ... The next topic discussed was hamartiology also known as the study of sin. As stated in the previous paragraph, man’s sin stems from the sin of Adam and Eve which can also be classified as the original sin of man. Sin is classified as “anything that is opposed to the character and will of God as revealed in his Word.” (Towns 241-242) This means anything from gossiping to murder is considered a sin. If you look at this from a twenty-first century point of view, many of our daily actions can be considered a sin....   [tags: theology, genesis, Jesus]

God The Father Almighty, Creator Of Heaven And Earth Essay

- “I believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.” (Genesis 1:1) “Conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary” (Luke 1:26-38) “The communion on saints” (Matthew 26:26-30) These lines are, to me, invaluable sections of the Apostle’s Creed. The first one, which is also the first recitation in the creed, clarifies that God is the creator of everything past and present. While this seems simple on the surface, it is an extremely complicated topic when you consider it from all angles....   [tags: Christianity, Jesus, Trinity, New Testament]

Essay God's Sovereign Rule Comes on Earth in Tom Wright's Surprised by Hope

- Surprised by Hope is broken down into three parts. In Part One, “Setting the Scene,” Wright addresses the confusion of heaven and God’s Kingdom. Many Christians, according to Wright, view heaven as the place you go when you die (p. 18). If this is what has been taught for many years, what could be the alternative. Wright argues that “the language of heaven in the New Testament doesn’t work that way. ‘God’s kingdom’ in the preaching of Jesus refers not to postmortem destiny, not to our escape from this world into another one, but to God’s sovereign rule coming ‘on earth as it is in heaven’” (p....   [tags: Christian, heaven, ascension]

Evil in Byron's Dramas: Manfred, Cain, Heaven and Earth, The Deformed Transformed.

- The Conception of Evil in Byron's Dramas: Manfred, Cain, Heaven and Earth, The Deformed Transformed.              The depictions of and ideas about evil in Byron's dramas Cain, The Deformed Transformed, Heaven and Earth and Manfred are fairly common between the four texts. On the basic level, evil is seen as a force opposite to good, which all humans have the potential for. Only some humans express this potential, and their downfall into evil is often brought about by temptation, usually from a divine being....   [tags: Heaven and Earth Essays]

The On The Laws Of Heaven And The Dark Dominion Essay

- “Laws alone cannot secure freedom of expression; in order that every man present his views without penalty there must be a spirit of tolerance in the entire population.” a saying taken from the brilliant Albert Einstein means that laws are here to protect us yet, they are always broken and those who break those laws will then suffer. This quote refers to Lucifer rebelling against heaven and being consigned to hell or the “dark dominion”(2). The meaning of this poem is that Lucifer has broken the laws of heaven by rebelling and is therefore suffering for it, there is no way out of his hell no matter how hard he tries to re-enter heaven. You break the law and you suffer the consequences, while...   [tags: Hell, Poetry, Heaven, Iambic pentameter]

The New Heaven And New Earth Essay

Through living the eternal life and living within God’s Kingdom, the anticipation of the return of Christ and the beginning of the New Heaven and the New Earth is what Christians are currently living for and anticipating. Essay on Heaven And Hell

- Heaven and Hell Everyone has a soul. Every soul has a destiny. In the Bible, God explains that every soul will be judged. God warns mankind that during judgment we will receive a one-way ticket to eternity. The Bible also teaches us that during this life we have two choices. We are granted free will to serve and honor God through Jesus Christ who is in Heaven, or we are free moral agents to choose Satan who will reside in Hell. Heaven is good. Hell is evil. The fact that God created mankind’s soul with an eternal destiny should have a significant impact on our choices and priorities....   [tags: Religion Religious God]
