Globalization has revolutionized business convention. Regardless of scale (local, regional, or international), the business environment focus is more customer-centric rather than profit- or growth-centric. This contemporary organizational paradigm does not occur spontaneously but requires a management system; just as the productive and efficient organization adheres to guidelines and standards, this evolved paradigm requires structure for employees to follow. Reportedly, training, compliance, and ideological support on the individual level have a vital role in the long-term certification status. Chee Ming, Kathawala, and Sawalha (2015) stated the organization’s employee’s comprehension of quality concepts and ISO requirements advances successful ISO implementation. Saad and Mohd Asaad (2015) determined that the organizational culture (values and assumptions) did interfere with soft factors (such as employee involvement, management commitment, and social responsibility) and organizational performance which ultimately hindered effective ISO implementation.
