Global knowledge is the world’s leading form of knowledge to support and prepare students, teachers, leaders, parents and many others as they adapt to various transformations around the world. Global knowledge is presented and introduced by various means and resources. Various programs are designed to help students, leaders, parents, teachers and many others to function in a global knowledge society. Global knowledge is effective when it is delivered by qualified, knowledgeable and caring instructors. Once a qualified leader is in charge of a team or group he / she will deliver continuous learning, support, public training, workshops, private trainings, etc. the process will be in place. Presenting the students with complicated situations and looking for real life solutions are ways we promote global knowledge. Developing skills and objectives that requires students to think and produce outside their normal thinking capacity is creative work done with their minds. Teachers, leaders, parents and other school staff are constantly pushing the students to develop skills to encourage in depth thinking and reasoning skills. Adapting to change, working harder, thinking and communication skills are of high demand at my school also. In some places resources are plentiful and some places there are none. To really be successful in this global knowledge era people must bring their ideas together and access the necessary results to be productive in a society. Teachers and leaders are coming together to access and generate new knowledge and apply that knowledge to enhance livelihoods and create new solutions, products, jobs, wealth and health. When people with ideas come together and access the necessary resources, we see the results in various forms such as; drugs, better crops, and innovations in learning. Teachers and leaders work and communicate together to initiate changes that’s needed to build new ways of learning, sharing and accessing knowledge, then putting it to work in the lives of all students. At my school we have learned education, science, technology and hardworking devoted staff members are the key to preparing our students for a great global education and future. The success and developing of countries are making transitions according to their ability to educate, retain and employ educated teachers of high quality. The Global Knowledge Strategy is open to all academic institutions, entrepreneur, teachers and leaders that are willing to strive and do whatever it takes to make the mission
