Global knowledge is the world’s leading form of knowledge to support and prepare students, teachers, leaders, parents and many others as they adapt to various transformations around the world. Global knowledge is presented and introduced by various means and resources. Various programs are designed to help students, leaders, parents, teachers and many others to function in a global knowledge society. Global knowledge is effective when it is delivered by qualified, knowledgeable and caring instructors. Once a qualified leader is in charge of a team or group he / she will deliver continuous learning, support, public training, workshops, private trainings, etc. the process will be in place. Presenting the students with complicated situations and looking for real life solutions are ways we promote global knowledge. Developing skills and objectives that requires students to think and produce outside their normal thinking capacity is creative work done with their minds. Teachers, leaders, parents and other school staff are constantly pushing the students to develop skills to encourage in depth thinking and reasoning skills. Adapting to change, working harder, thinking and communication skills are of high demand at my school also. In some places resources are plentiful and some places there are none. To really be successful in this global knowledge era people must bring their ideas together and access the necessary results to be productive in a society. Teachers and leaders are coming together to access and generate new knowledge and apply that knowledge to enhance livelihoods and create new solutions, products, jobs, wealth and health. When people with ideas come together and access the necessary resources, we see the results in various forms such as; drugs, better crops, and innovations in learning. Teachers and leaders work and communicate together to initiate changes that’s needed to build new ways of learning, sharing and accessing knowledge, then putting it to work in the lives of all students. At my school we have learned education, science, technology and hardworking devoted staff members are the key to preparing our students for a great global education and future. Leading organizations of school administrators offer educators various opportunities to encourage educators to become leaders. No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) has mandated that leaders be better prepared for the task of providing quality education to all. NCLB “… is forcing all educational stakeholders to face the weakness of contemporary school leadership and is making it impossible to ignore the need for higher quality principals” (Hale & Moorman, 2003, p.1). It is believed that all educators can be and are leaders in their own right. A leader is a visionary and has the ability to inspire others to aspire to greatness. Of the numerous opportunities that are offered, those that are most beneficial include but are not limited to leadership training programs, professional development, and creating shared leadership opportunities for teachers to become leaders. The systems “…that produce our nation’s principals are complex and interrelated – and governed by the states. Each state establishes licensing, certification and re-certification” (Hale & Moorman, 2003, p.1). Through awareness students will know and understand that global issues and challenges exist and affect their lives. Awareness is a necessary prerequisite to understanding. Students will be aware that their information and knowledge on most global issues are incomplete and that they need to continue seeking information about how global and international issues are formed and influenced. Globalization has many implications for leadership today and in the future. Global perspectives are being spread to the farthest points in the world and to the most isolated people. People of different cultures come to the United States daily to live, travel, or engage in business. Leaders must respond to this challenge of globalization so they can effectively reach out to as many people as possible. Opening themselves to the world's changes allows leaders to compare and contrast their culture with the arts, language, beliefs, customs, philosophies, and ways of living of other people. By observing and questioning another culture, leaders can understand the origin of an individual's viewpoints and become more sensitive to the cultural needs of that individual. By continually exposing themselves to other cultures, young leaders can thoroughly develop this global perspective and devote themselves to making connections with the entire world.

Round and round, like a clock that continuously runs its course, there are no surprises, simply facts and truths. But the “what ifs” that are derived from a step out of time, out of reality, out of the circle, can initiate change. So ask a person the most valued objects in his or her life, and if he or she responds with education, ask why. Because education should not be just about getting smart enough to get a job.
