Australia needs to utilise its entire available talent pool in order to optimise the country’s potential for creative success. Australia can only benefit from more women in positions of leadership. Women are essential in securing Australia’s continued creative and economic growth. Men and women should not be working against one another, but instead together. Australia needs to focus on evolving into a society that offers both men and women the same opportunities to succeed into positions of leadership. If Australia does not achieve this, the country will economically and creatively stagnate. The potential for new innovation and economic growth will remain halved unless women are inducted into more leadership roles in Australia. A continued lack of women in key leadership roles is the worst possible outcome for Australia. Australia has the opportunity to reach great heights, but only if they enlist the help of the country’s entire population.
