The text should go through the legal team in order to be checked for appropriateness of use and misinterpretation. Although confidentiality may not be an issue regarding texting, but it’s important that you are only texting to individual who have subscribed. It is also important not to solicit numbers from other companies to get potential contacts to be used in texting. In addition, it is important to be forthcoming when texting that something is free. If it is free it should be free without any stipulation in order to avoid false advertising. Furthermore is important to let individual know exactly what it is that they are subscribing to.
