The Founding Fathers' Influence on Our Country

Our Founding Fathers were very clear on exactly how they wanted our government to be ran, and that was basically by the people. The choice was to be rule of law instead of men for many great and outstanding reasons. We shall have a voice in the government of where we live, we shall set limitations for the government. We will try to come to an agreement unlike other countries. Having just one ruler to set regulations will never be the right choice. The United States of America shows true rule of law thanks to our Founding Fathers.
Therefore, why should we not have a governmental system ruled by man? Would you like to have one man making all the calls with little to no voice at all included from other individuals? The ruling of a government by man includes him having almost no restraints, he will and can do as he feels he should. He will not be listening to the voice of the people, his Country. As a result of rule of men, we will not have a choice in how we feel things should be ran, he will decide for us. No laws are applied to him, consequently he could destroy our country in the snap of a finger. "Now more than ever before, the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature.... If the next centennial does not find us a great nation ... it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces." James Garfield, the twentieth president of the United States, 1877 http://www.canc...

...It is just a more reasonable type of government, to listen and employ the citizen’s thoughts for where they live. Our government wants to please our people, we want it to be the land of the free. With our government being the rule by law, instead of men like other countries, we have this opportunity.
Our government was thought out very well. It works to try and please the people and government. Having the constitution as the highest law of the land, instead of it being by man, has made the United States very peaceful when it comes to decision making and other such things. We should all be very thankful to our Founding Fathers for what they fought for and produced. Our country has changed to where the people have a voice. Rule of law includes everyone, including you, so make your vote count and put your voice out there. That is what our Founding Fathers fought for!
