Ford as a global company employs complex matrix organizational structure which centralizes the organization and ensures that senior level management makes decisions and provide direction for the company. An advantage of having centralized structure means that Ford can be extremely efficient regarding business decisions and the company’s mission and vision, and set objectives are streamlined from senior level to mid-managers and employees.
