Muscle Physical Fitness The topic Muscle Physical Fitness was chosen because it is very important to know and learn about in order to maintain an overall well being in today's life. Having a little to no physical activity level at all puts people at risk for obtaining health problems on the human body. A lot of people don’t care or think fitness is at all that important until they start having health problems themselves like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, cystic fibrosis etc.. at that point it can become harder to come back from, and most of the time that person needs to change their whole lifestyle to help get their body back. CVD is a serious risk for individuals with obesity so aerobic exercise assessments are very informative and crucial for the prevention of hypertension which can be induced by exercising. Currently the most common study used in the clinics is CPX to discover the causes of exertional dyspnea.
Although exertional dyspnea is abnormal the use of CPX would be very beneficial for the participants. pulmonary function testing and pulse oximetry should be performed before testing when using CPX. Moreover, the use of aerobic exercise testing is beneficial in many ways from the discovery of causes and effects exercise has on obese individuals but also to conclude what type of disability these individuals are assessed with. therefore , an individual would benefit just as much with less effort if they simply performed mild exercise while practicing the correct correlation of blood flow restriction. This would mean an individual could achieve the same goal while being less fatigued on a regular basis if so desired instead of performing maximum strength training exercise on a regular basis which would induce fatigue every training. While both mild workouts and maximum strength workouts are both in their own way helpful depending on the goal of the individual the most effective way these workouts proved for an individual was when they correctly used the blood flow restriction method which improved the overall outcomes of both mild and maximum workouts
