Feminism And Gender discrimination
In todays prominence, we still pursue the issues of gender discriminations. By law men and women are to be treated equally and that no judgment dissertation or discrimination is to be made, by that we have laws that protect women of such things. We live in world were sexism is still being undermined and women issues are still complex. It’s easy to say women can do it all, but do you really believe in women being a wonder women, a top engineer or even the greatest leader of a country or nation with the outcome of prosperity. It’s not until women prove them selfs is when you have the highest faith in them because they passed the trails and journeys to over come the obstacles as a man would. In BTVS we do come across gender discrimination but a clear message of women 's self capability, strife, courage. In this is essay we will be touching bases who indicates the discrimination and how women today still struggle with sexism.
Feminism and sexism is still a complex issue today. Women today still strive for full and sincere equality. Despite the women’s equality law women are still looked down on and incapable fields of expertise or in any genre that is required masculinity. In BTVS in the episode “Helpless” Buffy losses her power due to being tested without her super power abilities. Giles then feels guilty and is concerned about her safety because of he feminine weak ways. Buffy then proves her ways with strategic planning and quick thinking to kill the big bad monster vampire. Kudos to Buffy for showing Giles wrong and she could take care of herself without any super abilities. women are capable and willing of anything but our civilizations lacks trust and faith in one in others. Its sad that we don 't teach our girls that there is greater power in women like lioness lurking in the wilderness and we need to starting show our boy its okay of this realization that women also have higher power of expentacy We need to start raise a nation of equality and that we are all bother and sisters of the same opportunity and push one another to success and prosper.
I feel the writer of BTVS was on to something. he wanted to show that women can do it. and with the high hits of the show teen and young adult being influenced by the heroic female Buffy Summer. the teen and young adult around the wold watch Buffy now had someone to look up too a women that can do it all with or without her super power abilities
