Fear When describing fear, it is a response to any physical and emotional danger that we had not felt and could not protect ourselves from any threats (Fear). Also fear is an unpleasant emotion that something is dangerous or will hurt someone. When we fear a situation that is not close to life-or-death we hang back for no reason. Bad experiences or traumatic events can trigger a fear response that is hard to cure. It is said that exposing ourselves to personal demons that will help in moving past fears. When someone experiences fear they tend to remember the moment when disaster had stuck and how time began to slow down. The is also several other instincts we are built with, but they are used in sensing danger and the feeling for being unsafe. Actually having the response of fear helps us out a lot in keeping safe and protected. Fear can also just be for brief moment, or it can go on longer that just a short time. Sadly, fear can range in different levels between mild, medium, and intense just by what the situation is. Throughout a person life they will tend to avoid a lot of situations and never tell anyone why. For example, one fear people face most is public speaking no matter where it is at no one likes presenting in front of everyone. “Phobias can tend to cause tons of worry and feeling upset to make them avoid all situations they cannot handle being around.” It is really disappointing knowing that you are missing out on huge opportunities due to fear holding you back. As having a fear, you cannot get over people sometimes will get teased about some of their fears. (Fears and Phobias)
As phobias have a closer connection with fear due to fear being a turned into a phobia quickly. Anxiety is not at all the same due to being more of a psychological problem due to some part of fear. As phobias and fear can bring a lot of harm to someone, suffering from anxiety does not compare at all to that. Anxiety will damage a person so bad that they will have to seek help in order to cure the problem. Fear and phobias tend to wear off as time goes by and you are put to situations close to the one in which you are afraid
