Dictionary.com). It is categorized as an extreme, briny, lack in nutrition. It is food that can be arranged rapidly and simply, and is supplied in restaurants and other places as a rapid meal, or to be taken elsewhere.
We live in a world where money is a big issue for many citizens in the United States and all over the country. Because many people cannot afford healthy foods they rely on fast foods because they are inexpensive. Some people will choose eating fast food than eating at a more quality restaurant because of its price. Anyone can get a full tasty meal for less, than they would in a fancy restaurant. In conclusion fast foods are here for a reason. They may be beneficial to us, but there are downsides to eating them also. Fast food is a well-known feature of the food for people all over the world. Health and nutrition have change. Therefore it has effects on our bodies mentally and physically. Fast food is not a good thing to incorporate into your daily life. I personally believe something should be done in order to save these kind of eating practices. Families should try to spend time with each other, find a better way of eating and not make eating fast foods a habit.
