Family can be a many of things in your life. They can be the family you were born into. They could be some of your closest friends that you know consider your family. So they don’t have to be your blood or kin. They can be your friends as well. But if you have one or the other or are lucky and have both. They can be a major factor or influence on your life. From the person you marry to the job you take. From the places you go and see and to the people you meet in between. One of the many things can be discipline and patience. An example would be that I more or less get my discipline from my father as well as patience. Those were really seen when he coached me in sports and how I reacted in certain situations. How to respect yourself as well. My mother always taught me to respect myself even if others didn’t. So no matter you should always love yourself because you see yourself every day and be the person you want to be. Another that I got from my father was the way to respect others. This was also show in sports. Especially in basketball I always knew I had to respect and be nice to my teammates because they could be better than me and, can teach me to be better. So when I played there was this kid on my team who was miles better. He would go on to play with the varsity team in high school. So I had the upmost respect for him because he was better than me. So we would practice together before practice began he would help me improve as a player. You could see this in games because we had really good synergy and, so came the success as well. So that is why you should respect others. The last one is the things family teaches you can always be used in life.
