“Family And Culture” What is culture? Culture is the belief you share with others. Culture is a lifestyle. Culture is everything that includes knowledge and lessons about art, beliefs, law, morals, customs and all the habits and skills acquired by man not only in the family, but also to be members of a society. The culture is influenced by the beliefs of the people concerned and is formed through contact between individuals in certain regions, races and countries. The family is the base of the individual’s culture, which will be reflected and also forced to act throughout our life. Very often we worry about not offending the sensibilities of some person or a whole family, and maybe do them more harm by not address these beliefs. If not faced with these fundamental beliefs, we will fail to do what needs to be done for our communities. If we care about popularity, instead of being an effective person, we should think twice before tackling stigma. The family has a huge impact on our lives, because they teach us the values that society can cope when we leave the family. However, this does not necessarily mean we will carry out these cultural values our lifetime. Little by little as we grow, we are reaching new cultural experiences, but if we have migrated from our countries to another the impact is greater. This makes our environment, a roulette mixed cultures, that by little we 're flirting with different people from completely different cultures from ours, and gradually we adapt ourselves and learn from them, the same way we shares them our cultural views. An example of this is Dee or Wangero from the short story “Everyday Use” by Alice Walker. This girl with the sacrifice of her mother could get into a good school and left the family house.
