Exercise is one of the important parts of human life. Often people begin an exercise program because they want to lose weight or improve their health. While these are important benefits, individuals should focus on participating in the exercise program that they will enjoy. Not only will this increase willingness to participate, but it’s more likely they will keep exercising for a longer time period. While going to the gym and having a personal trainer is one way to encourage people to begin an exercise program, it is not the only way.
Today, exercise is the part of my life. It helps me not just be healthy but also keep up my body tone. I began my exercise program about a year ago. I was running Cross Country and Track for my high school team so, I had to practice every day. Sometimes it was really hard, it could be raining and cold or burning hot outside, but I never gave up. Over time, I got used to hard training and even after graduation, I still do different exercise programs for fun. Getting an opportunity to compete and exercise with other people opened for me new interesting things I can do, that I never thought I would be interested in. There are a lot of exercise types so, you can choose whichever ones you like, but before you begin doing it don’t forget to plan it.
Before starting an exercise program it’s important to understand: why are you starting an exercise, how you feel about it, where is an exercise in your list of priorities, what kind of exercise do you enjoy and will you continue to exercise even when you don’t feel like doing it. Also, before you begin your program you should consider your physical status, especially if you have an existing medical condition, such as heart disease, diabetes or any exercise al...

...and easy to use in your exercise program. Also, you might be more successful in tracking your progress or monitor health by using fitness apps or other activity tracking devices.
Now you are ready for an action. As you begin your exercise program don’t forget about warm up, cool down and stretching. Those three categories are most important in an exercise program; they can prevent big soreness and injury. Another important factor to follow is to be attentive to your body, if something hurts, take a little break. It is a sign that you may be pushing yourself too hard.
Beginning an exercise program is an important decision in your life, but it doesn 't have to be an extremely overwhelming. By planning carefully and progressing over time slowly, without causing an injury, you can not only reach your fitness goals but also establish a healthy habit that lasts a lifetime.
