Leading

Leaders are those who are influential in guiding one to accomplish a goal. Leaders are

those who motivates their team into accomplishing a task that is set before them. Although the team and leader may share a common goal, it is the leader that pushes the vision into fruition. As a leader, I had great leaders to help push me into the leadership role. First, Christ Jesus was my first example of a leader by accomplishing His goal with coming to earth to save us from our sins. Second, my mother pushed me to reach goals I said I would never accomplish. Lastly, my manager guided me into going back to school to accomplish higher goals at my workplace. Through all of this guidance, I constantly evaluate myself to assure that what I have been served, I 'm also serving others. It would be ashamed to have been blessed by leadership, and refuse to pass on that learned information. "Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28 ESV).
Christ Jesus
Christ Jesus ' example of leadership out do any other, and His example of service is what we all should patten after. Although He was young, He still followed the voice of God in accomplishing His purpose on earth. Being a carpenter, He taught us that work ethics is very important in accomplishing goal to avoid poverty. Then, He left carpentry to follow the vision of God by finding disciples to impart and lead. Most of these disciples had issue with following Jesus, but He showed them that He was God by displaying miracles in healing...

individual. However, I too was one that rejected God in Him leading my life into the destination designed for me. He kept inspiring me to keep pushing, and He disregarded how I felt about it. For an example, I felt like I needed to go one direction in my life, but God knew that that road would lead to destruction. God knew that I needed guidance, even though I felt like I did not. Through His example, I am able to lead with influence instead of force. All of the examples of leadership noted, has lead me to become more of a servant to others. "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17 ESV).
