I just have to know where to look. Its the idea of the ”silver lining” or the virtue of perseverance. This philosophy I carry throughout my life. It is not to be said that things will fall into place. Work will need to be done to make things happen they way I want but they will happen as long as I do not give up. Whether I can achieve my goal or not is irrelevant to my attitude towards it as long as I believe it was “worth the effort”. I will accept the consequences of what I have done or failed to do and find the opportunities in those consequences.
In order for me to hold true to this ideal, I must accept the actions of others and be optimistic about the things I cannot control. There will always be those who feel the need to cling to the pessimistic aspects of something.
