Introduction- to complete this assignment, I chose deontological ethical theory. There are various issues surrounding business ethics. Business ethics is a form of professional ethics and applied ethics which examines principles that are ethical and moral problems that becomes apparent in the environment of business. Applied ethics deal with the ethical questions that comes from the Imelda of technical, business ethics, legal ethics, and medical. The business range and quantity reflects ethical issues to a degree in which business became aware of the odds against non-economic social values. In 1960 the social responsibility movement increased the public consciousness for the role of business that help ethical practices maintain highly and cultivate society and also natural environments.

Body- a company or manager should treat their employees respectfully first of all and their employees should be paid fairly and should be provided working conditions that are good. Employees should not be thought of as means to end but treated as stakeholder groups that are major. " manager have a duty to stockholder with the concept that managers bear a fiduciary relationship to stockholders."(1988) Consistently and consciously ethical employers treat employees well-being with promotion and protection as an business with important objective and obligation. Companies need to be more loyal to the workers and the shareholders a well.

If one should work for an employer whose practices appear unethical should have a part of the whistleblowing policy. Whistleblowers are people who put attention on the possible wrong doings in their organizations. Ethics are very important and not just in business, ethics are also important in all aspects of life. Because I feel and believe that ethics is an essential part to an foundation and now a civilized society is built. Society or business can lack ethical principles that will sooner or later be bound. Deontological theory will maintain the duty of basic moral category and the independent of consequences is the duty. The social responsibility movement occurred in 1960, the movement increased public consciousness for the role of business. Ethical practices are maintain highly and cultivate society and natural environments are helped.
