Ethical issues on euthanasia
Life and death both are connected. Whoever born he has to accept death but he denies it. Everyone loves life, but in some cases the life is unbearable. Those people who cannot bear the pain and asking for the death. This phenomenon called euthanasia and also known as terminal sedation. This process is complicated for the different prospective towards the situation of the vulnerable subject. There are main three reasons: First is the orthodox spiritual concepts. Second is sanctity of life and Quality of Life of subject (Brown-Wilkinson). Third is a discussion between act and omissions of liability for third party for assisting the suicide for another (Brown-Wilkinson).

Second, Human life is a basic good as opposed to an instrumental good, a good in itself rather than as a means to an end. Third, Human life is sacred because it 's a gift from God. Fourth, therefore the deliberate taking of human life should be prohibited except in self-defense or the legitimate defense of others (unknown).Now the questions are resining towards the medical professionals that why the doctors are allow the permission for euthanasia. The answer is untreatable disease situation in which the drugs are not helping to suppress the unbearable pain. These diseases are called orphan diseases which have no treatment, not even for to suppress the symptoms. Because there is not a single pharmaceutical company who has an interest to produce a drug which never gives any benefit to them. The truth is bitter but not even government want to initiate to help the company or drug discovery their own. Even they start the process for drug discovery the process take minimum 13-15 years to come in a market for the patients. The quality of life is the purpose of medical research for people.
