Mittel Electronics is a well-known leader in the PC- related accessories industry. Kimberly Rowland, who works for Mittel Electronics, was assigned to cover the Almighty Electronics Store chain account. Initially, Almighty Electronics Store chain was assigned to Brian Abernathy. Almighty Electronics store chain had an order of $ 27 million in sales in the previous year. Abernathy suffered a heart attack and passed away at the age 51. He was well known for his work ethics and his ability to consistently meet the sales quota. In addition, Abernathy contributed greatly to building a relationship and success with Almighty Electronics account. After Abernathy passed, Mittel Electronics appointed Kimberly Rowland to cover the Almighty Electronics account.
Kimberly Rowland and Anwar Kareth met to discuss the account and the sales for the first time for the upcoming sales.     The poem "La Migra" by Pat Mora carries the main idea of how power can lead to abuse. Mora shows how abuse is represented in the treatment of the Mexican woman by a border patrol agent in her poem and how this picture resembles how mankind treats animals.
