It was an ordinary Saturday morning and Sarah got up to her two brothers mike and Jacob jumping up and down on her bed to wake her up. While mike and Jacob was jumping on Sarah they were yelling “Sarah get up it’s your birthday mom and dad have a surprise for you down stairs” But all Sarah did was moaned and pulled her covers over her head so then mike and Jacob went down stairs and told there mom and dad that Sarah won’t get up so mom and dad was thinking of a plan to get Sarah. But then mom had a plan and told her husband to come over so she can whisper the plan in his ear and he leaned over and she told him. “so get a glass of cold water and put ice in it then go up to her room and I will pull her covers down then you will dump the glass of water slowly so she will get up and she will want to get the cup but you will run down stairs and sit on the coach then we will tell her the surprise we got her” After mom was done explaining the plan to dad he got up and got the glass and the cold water with ice and they both went upstairs. When they got into Sarah’s room dad said “Wake up Sarah it’s your birthday” But even then she did not get up all she did was moaned and said. “I’m too tired to do anything” So mom walked over to the end of Sarah’s bed and dad took the cup of extremely cold water with ice and held it over Sarah’s head to get ready to dump it on her so mom pulled the covers down and dad poured the water on her and she screamed “MOM DAD!!!!!! “ And she pulled her covers off and got out of her bed and started to run after her mom and her dad but when she caught up with them they were already sitting on the couch with a little present on the coffee table in front of the couch Sarah stopped and asked. “okay you got me ou... ... middle of paper ... ...pping it from three stories lol.” Well they breyanna and Sarah arrived at the world of cell phones store and right s they walked in the door a sales associate came and asked. “Hi there is there anything I can help you with today.” “Yes were are the brand new phones.” Sarah said “They are in lane 12” the sales associate said Breyanna and Sarah went over to lane 12 and they found all three brand new phones they looked for hours trying to decide on what phone is the best then after 3 and a half hours Sarah finally said. “Okay i am going to get the iPhone 5s it looks really cool and the button is a figure scanner how cool is that.” Then breyanna said “I will find a sales person to help you get the phone.” So breyanna found a sales person and the sales person and she got the phone out and took it to the cash register to scan it and after she scanned it she said. “Okay

Sarah and her mother are sought out by the French Police after an order goes out to arrest all French Jews. When Sarah’s little brother starts to feel the pressures of social injustice, he turns to his sister for guidance. Michel did not want to go with the French Police, so he asks Sarah to help him hide in their secret cupboard. Sarah does this because she loves Michel and does not want him to be discriminated against. Sarah, her mother, and her father get arrested for being Jewish and are taken to a concentration camp just outside their hometown. Sarah thinks Michel, her beloved brother, will be safe. She says, “Yes, he’d be safe there. She was sure of it. The girl murmured his name and laid her palm flat on the wooden panel. I’ll come back for you later. I promise” (Rosnay 9). During this time of inequality, where the French were removing Sarah and her mother just because they were Jewish, Sarah’s brother asked her for help. Sarah promised her brother she would be back for him and helped him escape his impending arrest. Sarah’s brother believed her because he looks up to her and loves her. As the story continues, when Sarah falls ill and is in pain, she also turns to her father for comfort, “at one point she had been sick, bringing up bile, moaning in pain. She had felt her father’s hand upon her, comforting her” (Rosnay 55).
When Meghan hears me enter she runs crying "Tim's teasing me and I'm hungry." I ask the kids, "Why didn't you feed her?" Tim responds, "she didn't say she was hungry." Pat runs up from the basement and reminds me I have to take him to guitar practice now or he'll be late.

Many stories people read are written for the express purpose of entertainment and sometimes even to persuade, but few are written to teach a moral. The story “A Fable with Slips of White Paper Spilling From The Pockets” written by Kevin Brockmeier does just that. Although relatively short, the story is filled with words of wisdom and life lessons that are meant to instill a sense of selflessness. The story is about a man who finds God’s overcoat from which he finds prayers from the people he encounters. Kevin Brockmeier makes exceptional use of magic realism and symbolism to teach a moral lesson.
In Edmond Rostand’s comedic and romantic drama, Cyrano de Bergerac, Cyrano and De Guiche strong and fiery personalities conflict throughout the novel. Although Cyrano and De Guiche are enemies they feel and want mostly the same things. Cyrano and De Guiche are brought together not only by their love of the same girl, but also by their position in the military and their desire to protect their honor; despite the many conflicts this brings, they are able in the end to respect each other.

A few seconds after Maggie made eye-contact with the young boy, who seemed to be demonically possessed, she fainted from fear, and fell to the floor. The boy, which was previously there, was now nowhere in sight. Relieved, they rushed over to their mom and asked what happened. Maggie couldn’t tell them, because she didn’t have a clue what had happened. Reagan and Chandler carefully guided their mom down the stairs to their dad. Maggie was startled when she saw her husband lying unresponsive on the bed and immediately started CPR.
